Daily Vitamin Packs c/o Care/Of
When I found out I was pregnant with Lila one of the first things I started doing was taking vitamins daily. I took 1 prenatal viatmin, 2 DHAs, and 2 vitamin Ds. The hardest part for me about taking vitamins daily was remembering to do it. I did well at taking them knowing it was for my growing baby, but once she was born I quickly stopped. We moved when Lila was only two weeks old and adjusting to life with a newborn involved very little carry over of my old regimens.
One of my new years intentions was to start taking vitamins daily again. When I heard about Care/Of personalized vitamin packs I knew it would be just the thing to get me in the habit of taking vitamins again. Instead of being sent generic multivitamins, I took a 15 minutes lifestyle quiz that decided what would be most beneficial for me to be taking. My personalized vitamins are packaged just for me and my name is even printed on each packet.
Since taking these personalized vitamins I have felt a huge boost of overall wellness. The biggest positive change I have noticed is that my cravings have subsided. I used to be really snacky all the time and I hard time fighting those cravings. I noticed that since I have been taking these vitamins I feel much more control over these cravings which has also helped me stick to healthier eating.
I think the best part of this whole experience was knowing which vitamins are most beneficial for me and my lifestyle. It’s easy to walk into a vitamin store and feel completely overwhelmed and not know which ones would help make the changes you are looking for.
Thanks for reading and I hope someone is inspired to take their vitamins!
Today I wanted to share with you one of the COOLEST happy mails I have gotten in a while. As most of you know I have always been a California Baby fan, even before having Lila. I use their products exclusively and wanted to share with you one of the many reasons why.
California Baby has a local 100 acre farm where they grow a variety of ingredients that they put in their products. Today I got to sample a few of their harvests and I wish you could smell them through the computer! I also love that these can be used for multiple purposes and I will be enjoying my next bath with the organic french lavender.
Thanks for reading and letting me share with you these fun harvests.

Good morning friends!
Right now I’m sipping on some coffee getting mentally prepared to sort through and box up all the clutter from around the house that I piled up in the living room. I am feel so excited to start the new year off with a major purge of unwanted items and I feel good about donating it to a worthy cause. It might be an all day affair but I know tonight will be a peaceful sleep knowing it’s over.
I also wanted to share with you one of my most loved brands, Replay Recycled. Lila has been using their sippy cups since she was just a few months old and to this day they are her favorite cup. As a mom I love them because they are totally spill proof. She can throw them out of the stroller, drop them from a shopping cart, or turn them upside down and shake them. The rest of their line up of plates, bowls, utensils, etc are just as sturdy and just as loved in our home.
My favorite product of theirs is snack stacks. Of course I use them for Lila’s snacks, but I also use them to store my granola for my morning yogurt. I also use them for storing sprinkles, m&m’s, and nuts. The stacks are air tight and keep the food inside fresh which helps me do my job as mom better by having snacks that aren’t stale.
Part of my home purge included getting rid of a lot of dishes and cups that we don’t use. I prefer the quality of the Replay dishes so I am doing inventory now to see what we could use more of. As a treat for getting rid of things we don’t use I’m going to get a few extra pieces like pink flat plates and bowls that we use everyday. Out with the old and in the with the new.
As excited as I am to get the kitchen cabinets in order, the biggest purge was done in the living room. I think I will share with you some photos next week because it is seriously unrecognizable.
I hope everyone has a great week!

Since the day Lila figured out how to use her teeth for chomping I haven’t been able to leave the house without a variety of snacks. The snacks she enjoyed then and the snacks she enjoys now have changed drastically, but the idea is the same: Don’t leave the house without a packing a stash of nonperishables.
I love hearing and seeing what other mom’s pack for their toddlers because I am always looking for new ideas for Lila. These are my go to snacks that you can find in my diaper bag literally right now:
Our Go-To ‘On the Go’ Snacks
Bitsy’s Brain Food – Cheddar Chia Veggie
Annie’s – Fruit Snack Bunnies (Berry)
PipSnacks – Salted Popcorn
Snyder’s – Mini Pretzels
Trader Joe’s – Chocolate Chip Brownie Oat Bars
Trader Joe’s – Freeze Dried Strawberries
Trader Joe’s – Edamame
Trader Joe’s – Fruit Wrap (Apple/Banana or Apple/Strawberry)
I store snacks that are sealed like fruit wraps and oat bars in reusable snack bags and portioned snacks like popcorn and pretzels in snack stacks. This helps me stay organized and reminds me to stock a variety of snacks for my hungry little one. Taking snacks on the go keeps my little explorer happy and content while on the go.

What snacks does your little one like? I’d love to add a few new snacks into the mix.
